Frequently asked questions
All Booking/Reservation inquiries can be submitted via the site, instagram or our Facebook listings. We will respond with availability on the items of interest and work to get your party scheduled. All rentals will require contract signature and review.
Please note that an inquiry does not mean your date is secured. Your rental is not secured until the contract has been signed and an invoice has been paid.
All invoices can be paid via venmo, apple pay and paypal. During the inquiry process, we will work with you to determine the preferred payment stream.
We offer free delivery within the Zionsville area code(46077). Anything outside of that will be charged a mileage fee of $0.60/mile and will be calculated in the invoice.
Certain rental equipment requires delivery(e.g. bounce house)
We understand life happens so if you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation please contact us. All cancellations made 7 business days prior to your event will receive a full refund. Anything later will result in a forfeiture of payments already made.
